Change your name and / or address

You need your driving licence if you have one.

It usually takes about ten minutes.

Before you start

You need to be a Jersey resident to use this service.

To change your name you need to supply documentary evidence (in person or by post) and return your driving licence together with a recent photo and specimen signature.

You can also notify the parish of your change of name or address by visiting the parish hall in person or by completing and posting a form
